Description

Apartment number 23, located in the residential complex Els Pagells, presents itself as a cosy duplex on the first floor, situated on the 2nd line of the sea, just 150 metres from the beautiful beach of Torre Valentina in Calonge i Sant Antoni. This residential complex stands out for its family atmosphere, with a communal area that functions as a cobbled courtyard and has a small swimming pool, ideal for families to enjoy.

It is important to point out that access to the apartment is exclusively via a small flight of stairs that leads to the main entrance, as the layout of the properties in this community is horizontal, giving the impression of being small houses, and therefore it is not possible to have a lift.
